Landscape Photography: Three Sixty Views
Lattimer Outdoor Living Spaces served as both designer and builder on this project — creating the design in-house and executing every phase of construction with our own crew.
Primary paving surfaces are Techo-Bloc’s Siena collection, selected for their refined texture, color consistency, and proven performance in Western New York’s climate. Retaining and seating walls are finished in complementary Techo-Bloc products to create a unified material palette throughout the space. All paved surfaces are installed over an engineered-base system designed for long-term stability through freeze and thaw cycles.
The lighting design was as intentional as the hardscape. A fully custom low-voltage landscape lighting system highlights architectural features, step edges, planting beds, and the fire table areas — creating a layered nighttime atmosphere that extends the usability of the space well into the evening. Pathway lighting guides circulation between levels, and uplighting on key plantings adds depth and visual interest.
An automated irrigation system was also installed to maintain optimal soil moisture for the planting design thus reducing the homeowner’s maintenance burden while keeping the landscape lush through Western New York’s dry summer stretches.
