After the discovery call, and we agree that we are a good fit for each other, we’ll arrange a visit to take measurements, photos, and review the relevant issues of your property to enable us to do a design, if necessary.
Some clients come to us with a design in hand from their landscape designer or architect. If a design has not yet been created, we’ll create one as unique as you are based on your requirements.
Once the design is accepted, we will select and finalize the material the materials with your input and approval. We will then create a comprehensive fixed-price construction contract and send it to you for you signature.
