A custom gunite pool and spa anchor the design, enhanced by a high-tech automatic cover that preserves both aesthetics and efficiency. Expansive patios and walkways finished in Oakville Sagebrush natural stone establish a cohesive foundation, while contrasting limestone coping and steps provide visual definition and balance.

A substantial retaining wall constructed with Seneca boulders maximizes usable backyard space along the pond, expanding both function and visual scale. At the home’s side elevation, natural Ontario boulders create a cohesive transition that complements the residence’s materials and color palette.
Under the covered porch, the outdoor kitchen and fireplace extend the living space beyond the interior walls, offering protection from the elements while maintaining open-air comfort. The result is an environment designed not only for entertaining, but for everyday living.
